ART UNLOCKED

Art Unlocked are two new groups (8-11 year olds, 12-16 year olds) who want to explore the art world in new and interesting ways.

What is it?

Through workshops led by our Curator and Learning & Community Engagement Manager Art Unlocked is designed to encourage young people to engage with art and enabling them to:

Have fun
Share ideas
Improve knowledge
Develop new skills
Make new friends

Each month’s session will take a different theme, with an ‘object in focus’ presentation, discussion and activity integrating craft and practical based arts which could include creative writing and poetry, music, dance and drama. No previous arts knowledge is required!
